Canada Leads Working Group on Governance
André A. Morin, former president of the Canadian Association, was asked to Chair Working Group 8, The Structure of Government and Governance. The international Working Group composed of leaders of the Order throughout the world, met by teleconference many times and held two meetings, the first in the fall of 2017 in Montreal, and the second in Rome in early December.
M. Morin was also asked by the Steering Committee to be the facilitator to assist HE Margaret Melady on the group on central government during the Strategic Planning Session in Rome that took place in February.
